Helen thank you, yet again Outsurance gave excellent service because of people like you.
At 12 I called to say I have damaged the screen of my phone, due to dropping it going down stairs and that I was on my way to have it repaired. I was quite surprised to be told it was going to be replaced and not repaired.By 12:10 I ended the call.By 13:00 I had my new phone back up and with access to emails and meeting calendars ; what a relieve. By14:00 I was called to verify my bank details and 2 days later the money was deposited into my account.
Now this is awesome service!!
