What should of taken 2 weeks to sort out re-instating my credit card, has now taken almost 2 months, i have gotten indivduals e-mail addresss's from the branch, when e-mailing them they just blatenly ignore them, and this is not just from 1 person, i have dealt with 3 different people at the same branch, and everytime i speak to someone else i get different answers, surely there should be just one procedure in regards to thi. Is this the kind of service one can expect from standard bank, i have been a client of standard bank for 13 years, i am actually debating on changing banks, I am disgusted
