I was referred to them by Samsung as they are an authorised repair center. They answered all my questions on email quickly and accurately - and they informed me when I could collect the item they ordered for me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and I needed a new battery. Most other stores one asks about this sort of thing usually roll their eyes and say it's time for an upgrade - and they never have the product. The customer service at Smartlab, however, was great, friendly and the people were very knowledgeable. I can definitely recommend them.
