2nd complaint discover on the 14th February and running already from the 19 November 2012. Allow someone else / staff to make a cellphone banking on my bank account, and louding topup airtime on there cellphone number 0837322171 with my money.
I have a respond from them on the 1st of March and from the unit on the 5th March, that is all for all the time. I haven't received my money back, nor any calls to tell me what is going on. I think they try to protect someone inside the bank with this story.
I am very unhappy about FNB and we are looking for another bank to go to. This bank allows people / staff to open cellphone bankings on peoples account, so our money is not safe with them at all.
