I received an email from Yolande on the 13th February 2013 to send document needed to process my third party claim, which I sent on the following day. Up to now I have never received a claim number or a phone call to explain why it has to take a full month for capturing the data. I have been calling every day but the phone rings and then hangs sometimes when you go through other consultants they promise to give her a message but she never gets back to me. When I ask someone else to call she picks up the phone. The only time I got hold of her she promised me that it will be captured in ten minutes she will email me.
