2013/02/28 03:12 PM - Sent request for my insurance policy to be cancelled
2013/03/01 11:10 AM - Received email from Tshepang Mashiloane stating I will be contacted shortly
2013/03/01 11:14 AM - Sent mail to Tshepang indicating that I did send request on 2013/02/28 and come end march, my obligation of one month's notice would be fulfilled.
2013/03/04 03:59 PM - Received email from Ntombi that my policy will be cancelled, but they will contact me shortly to finalise cancellation.
2013/03/14 02:53 PM - Still no contact to finalise cancellation.

Please note I have kept all the correspondence. This policy is paid for, and valid up to midnight, 31 March, 2013. The fact that you do not contact me to finalise cancellation is not of concern to me. Any further deductions from me will not only be challenged, but with proof in hand, will be challenged as wilful misconduct.

It's a pity it had to end this way. I've only ever had great service from Dial Direct. The only reason I moved, is because I can save R 8, 400 a year for insuring with Tuffstuff!
