Bad Service again from ABSA Home loans

I have been getting some phone calls from ABSA Home Loan agents advising that my Home Loan account is in arrears, I have never skipped payment and pay via Debit Order. They have been unable to explain to me what is happening? I need to explore moving my bond account elsewhere, this is not the first time they mess up..
