I phoned African bank to enquire about my account about 2 years ago and was told that my account will be done by April 2013, about last year i phoned again and was told that i now have another year to go and i was taken aback and requested a full statement be sent to me and also the original copy of the contract to be either faxed or emailed to me and to this day i am still waiting.
