After requested and getting charged for 3 months bank statements (August, September and October) online i mailed them to myself. After waiting for over 30 minutes and not receiving the statements called FNB and was put through to the online department only to be told that FNB was experiencing problems with the statements online. Why is it that FNB does not inform their customers of such an important factor of their online services. I now have to pay for the statements again because i need the ASAP and needless to say i am really not happy and disappointing with you guys.
