Outsurance understands what good customer service is all about. My claim is sorted in 2 days and repairs approved - who could ask for better, and at a cheaper price compared to my previous insurer! Only when something bad happens, can we truly assess our Insurance providers, and I have to say Outsurance is definitely in a class of its own!
