I was help by Edith, i must say that she has handle my claim very well and advised as what steps will be taken. Edith is very friendly and has a bubbly personality.
I have expressed my concern's to Edith regarding the Service providers that outsurance uses and she did get back to me telling me that i will have to use one of outsurance service providers. the problem that i have is that the service provider is an exclusive Jeweller. I'm concerned that with the pricing all my jewellery will not be covered.
I would really love to use the jewellery stores that i purchased my Jewels from. please advise urgently
