Outsurance
R400 (false advertising)

On Friday 24th January at 13:20, I responded to the radio ad claiming if outsurance cannot beat my insurance premium, they will give me R400.
Indeed, outsurance couldn't beat my current insurance premium. the call centre agent said another agent would call me back- its been 4 days since..

this is misleading/ false advertising...!
