I am using this cellphone service(*120*2272#)to buy airtime from Absa. Sometimes it works fine but sometimes not and the most frustrating thing about this, is that Absa deducts money of airtime from my account and does not send the airtime. Today is for the 5th time this thing happens. I approached one of the branches (Lchtenburg, North West), they could not help. I lost close to R200 because of Absa's non-delivery. Please help.
