UNACCEPTABLE!

I bought airtime using my cellphone banking only to find out that it wasnt transfered. I then followed up with my cellphone provider to which they said that it had not gone through yet the amount was deducted from my account. I then logged a complaint telephonically and the ABSA team said someone would be in touch with me in 4 days. A week passed and i had not heard anything. I then went to a branch in Benmore to log a complaint and another week passed. I picked up the phone only to be told that the case was resolved. How is it possible ABSA that my case was resolved yet not ONE person was able to call me? I was advised to call a Shamil Bigg, BUT i was never able to get through. This is unecepatable service especially because you know when too charge me intrest yet you cant assit when you need to. Im over the airtime but i am seriously considering on moving to another bank like many other people have.
