Atleast 3 years ago, i went in to close my standard bank account, i went into the branch, they told me they cant close the account because of unpaid debit orders, they dont want to tell me who is this company that authorised the debit order, i must just pay the outstanding amout of more than R 1300.00, so naturally i refused till they tell me, who gave permission for the debit order, i know i didnt, they cant supply me of contact details of the company, or any telephone call records, so they have left it there, since then i have been blacklisted by STANDERD Bank, and know a company keeps on phoning me for the money, all they can tell me is go and see the bank, but the bank does not want to help me, what must i do??? its so funny that they advertise, all these wonderfull stuff on tv, but in reallity, its totally, i Have a bad name, because of you, and i will not leave it there
