I've tried calling client care for the past 3 days. Nobody answers. What kind of service is that? I even tried the emergency number to get through that way. Someone answered and I was transferred to sales (???), and from there to client care where again nobody answered. What am I paying for???!!! The amount of airtime wasted is ridiculous!
