Claim declined Refuse to refund money

On 5 Mar 13 my handbag with my purse, all my cards, ID, car keys etc was at Mimosa Mall BFN.Before I could manage to call (I had no cell) to cancel my bank cards R5000 was withdrawn from my account at Northridge Mall BFN.My daily limit was R3000.I reported the case at Park Road Police Station. The security at Northridge Mall has footage of the withdrawing my money at an ATM.I logged a claim at FNB Department because I don't know how the got my pin. FNB only attended to the claim after 8 weeks and then declined it because they said its my responsibility to keep my pin safe. I never received any feedback from them, I had to call them constantly. My pin wasn't written down anywhere, its in my head, has always been. I haven't used my card in a few days so nobody could have copied it that way. I logged another complaint but FNB just pulled up their shoulders. They didn't even contact the police. I had to pay for the cost arising on my accounts as a result of the. I am highly disgusted at all this. My husband and I were loyal clients of FNB, but after this we're changing to another bank. I will claim from the Ombudsman and go to newspapers to forwarn others!
