I had an account at furn city, paying through african bank, and i paid it off last year in May or June,
since then i've had a club fee deduction for the same account on my bank account and its still hapening, i called to query it, was given so many numbers to call eventually got hold of a lady who gave me a fax number to send my bank statement showing the deductions, i did last week, and to date they never got back to me about it.
