I have phoned twice to Standard Bank careline and tried to be put through to East Rand Mall branch. Both times I am put through i get a recorded message saying the number has changed and then get cut off.
Please get them to contact me urgently as I deposited a cheque in their ATM and only after putting cheque in the machine did I realise that the receipt was stuck and I probably put the wrong slip in the envelope.
Customer care has the wrong number for the branch and so cannot get through to the branch.
