Lack of customer service and on time delivery

On the 21st of October 2013, I had an accident with my car, I then contacted IWYZE for a claim, and they informed me that they will send a tow truck, of which they did to collect my car. I was Informed by the tow truck driver that the car will be towed to SMD for storage purposes. I arranged with IWYZE for a car hire while my claims was being finalized. Since that day I have been the one making an effort to contact them everyday and there was no effort what so ever on their side to contact me with feedback. They also informed me that I should be the one making follow ups with the panel beaters. It took them 30 days to finalize my claim, and my car has still not been repaired, and they extended the car hire by 10 days. Today I received an sms informing me to return the hired car by tomorrow on the 28/11/2013 whilst my car is still being repaired and has not been returned to me. My job requires me to travel a lot and not having a car will be a serious inconvenience to me. I have never ever in my life experienced such bad service, especially because my payments are always up to date. I would expect some sort of courtesy from my insurance but clearly I'm not getting my money's worth
