No Service - Strike 3

Took a policy from a Momentum Approved broker. Was told after a year i will be contacted so we can re-look and adjust where needed. This did not happen.
Asked Momentum to appoint or allocate another broker. Was not done. (Strike 1) Changed debit order date and i was double debited (Strike 2)

Inquired 6 months later about the said broker, got told story about "allocated" broker being disbarred bla bla. Was once again promised feedback via mail last week Friday, that Annemari will escalate to management and she will give feedback by Tuesday 05 / 03 / 2013. This never happened (Strike 3). Now all of a sudden they want to allocate their "Top Broker" to me...

I will urge the public to make sure whom they deal with when taking out Policies. As my experience and bunch of false promises was not what i would expect from someone that my wife would have to deal with, should something happen to me. She will have to fight, beg and scream to get something from Momentum.

And they call Life insurance a "peace of mind" insurance... not with Momentum thought. They agreed to pay back this months premium, which is fine, but still thought i did not get what i paid for.
