Direct Axis you have messed up my life. i have for so many months asked you to remove this adverse listing on Compuscan to date you have still failed to do it. You know very well that i am not at fault but you are. You have changed people from your complaints department to resolve this matter and all of them make promises but they cant seem to resolve it. Just last week Carmelita Williams send me an email saying the adverse is removed and when i send her the latest report to show that what she is saying is not true, i have never heard anything back from her. I am done being nice with you DirectAxis as you make promises that you cant keep. I cant even get a R100 000 loan with another bank which i qualify for because of this thing and for that you are going to suffer the consequences. I am going to do all i can to make sure that i expose this kind of behaviour by this credit providers. I am going to lodge a complaint agaisnt your company and take any legal route possible.
