I was updating a quote for vehicle insurance, she took her time to listen to me and provided excellent advise.

She also speaks clearly as the other two previous callers, could not speak clearly and could barely hear them.

She also went the extra mile to get a better quote and also offered smart cover which I never knew existed but is an necessity.
