Waiting for 48hrs since 1st August for my money

I have taken a hospital cash plan on the 19 July then a week later i cancelled the policy and that was before they could deduct the premiums. my surprise on the 31st they deducted and i called to find out why and was told when i cancelled i did not mention they should not deduct then they promised i will be refunded but up until today its all in vain. i call almost 3 times a week to find out what is wrong. last month in august they told me they have refunded me but then i did not get anything and they asked me to send my bank statement to proof. i did and last week Monday they promised they have processed the payment and i will get latest Wednesday since the transaction is of two different bank. i gave them time until Friday still no payment. today when i called i had to explain my matter all over again and they said they will look into it. How difficult is it to return money to same account you deducted from. The service is poor and full of empty promises. Standard Bank is no place to go. poor service, empty promises and they will take your money and never give it back.
