I reported on the 23rd of Oct about the money that was being deducted from my account by FNB to cover a revolving credit that I had paid off. To this day that money is being deducted from my account and I have not received any report from FNB to say that the issue has been resolved and repaid back into my account. I have made several calls and emails to the premier banker dept (Mpumelelo Bohali) but he has not helped me it's been over 3 months dealing with this issue. FNB seems not to be interested in resolving this issue which is contradictory to their "How can we help you".
