FNB allows staff to mess with online accounts

On the 19/12/12 i saw strange activity on my online banking profile said i owe R8309, i was shocked and contacted the FNB helpline speaking to several people, transferred from the one department to the other as no one knew what happened. I eventually spoke to Brian Padayachee who informed that a request was made to change my overdraft from R13500 to R5000, he advised it would be investigated. The following day i again received a mail now stating the amount R4500 and the overdraft has been changed to R8000, i was shocked and spoke to Desiree Bows of the complaints department, she closed the complained feeling it to be invalid. I asked her to investigate and was referred to Neo Kunene, i have sent emails, phoned and gone into their Pavillion Branch to confirm what was happening, each time the complaint had been closed and I had to beg to have it reopened. Today 11/03/2013 a new account "Emerging Farmer Cheque Platinum" was added to my profile. When I phoned to ask what was going on i was told they cannot assist me at this time. I have contacted the Ombudsman but have still had no joy, currently I am told I need to pay R7500 to FNB or they will take legal action. I am very disappointed
