Bought cellphone from sportscene n1 city - gave software problems not even one year old. Mtn will not repair the phone was send to Finrite insurance claim, send phone three times back for repairs and still have to phone them everytime to hear what the progress is they keep me holding for 10-15 minutes and nobody just answer of phone me back and this happened 3 times in one day as the agents dont have answers they just put you on hold an dthe phone is in for almost 2 months. im so dissapointed being a mother without a cellphone and have new born baby at home what if anything happens at home my family will not be able to get hold of me!!!
