3nd complaint on the discovery on the 14th February and running already from the 19 November 2012. Allow someone else / staff to make a cellphone banking on my bank account, and louding topup airtime on there cellphone number 0837322171 with my money.
They have paid back only R390 of the R565 they have to paid, It is a whole R175 short, now my lost. This is the amount took from me and also the bank charges. Why must I lose anything on the transaction.? It was not me who took the money.! This transaction running already from 19 November 2012.
