Iam currently banking capitec and I went to do my bank statemnt then I found out there is a debit order of R1436 that went through on my account and they told me its fnb they gave me their number as I do not have any business nor any debt with fnb and when I called them this morning to find out what happened and why they took my money from MY ACCOUNT they gave me an attitude saying its only Capitec consultant that should call them but this is my MONEY they took from my account without my permission or me doing any business with them!! I do not know why they took it as I do not owe them anything at all!! I want my money back!
