For my live I cannot understand this type of banking practice
This is not the first time that Capitec Bank decided that they have the right to take cash from my savings account and allocate it to my loan account without my consent/authorisation. Several times this has happened and then I needed to spend money on phone calls requesting that these illegal/ transactions be reversed to my savings account Whilst Capitec Bank save on the interest that I would have earned on the money whilst out of my savings account they actual go a step further and debit services charges to my account, unbelievable
This time though they even went further then that My debit order on my loan account is link to my Nedbank account and since I have change my employer I submitted a request that my debit order be moved from the 25th to the last day of the month But amazingly Capitec Bank goes and take the cash I have deposited into my Capitec Savings Account and effect a debit order on my Capitec account, that I never gave authorisation for (as I only singed for a debit order link to my Nedbank account) This surely is illegal/ banking practice as I never authorised this debit orde
