Account cancelled but fees not reimbursed

I complained on the 1st March 2013 that i was not interested in the 3in1 package. i was assured taht by Friday, i will have the 350 taht was deducted from my account refunded. this has not happened. I do believe that I am not the first to complain about such unethical behaviour.
