About a month ago I went online to check if I qualify for a loan online as my stepson needed urgent surgery to his mouth. I gave all my details to Loan finder SA in their application form (including bank account number). I did qualify but for only R800 and not the R2000 I needed. I declined the offer and was helped by another instetude. The next day I was again send an email and phoned again that they have a new offer for me. I decined and informed them that I was already helped by someone else. They kept sending me mails and kept increasing the amount I can lend them. I kept informing them that I do not need it anymore. Today I get an SMS that R350 was deducted from my account on pay day by Loan finder SA. My question where did I make any agreement for this amount to be deducted and for what is this. I have seen simalar complaints of this on Hellopeter and I think they do this to see with how many people wont actualy complain and just keep quite. I have logged a complaint and if no explanation is given how this misuse of trust happened in the fisrt place. The law or legal system will be my only other choice.
