I had filled in an application on loan finder sa and i had to pay R399.00 before i could apply. but i decided that i want to cancel the application and sent Stop - not interested any more. Because it just doesn't make sence to apply for R800.00 and i needed to pay R399.00 upfront.
I noticed this morning that R399.00 was deducted from my account. i then phoned the customer service and the guy said that it's for legal fees etc. i explained to him that i haven't applied and therefor no money could be deducted from my account without my approval. I have sent an cancellation via email with the proof of the deduction.
Is this the way of tricking people and their money? This is totally unacceptable!!!
I DEMAND my money back! and i will take this to the news papers if this do not get resolve in the next 24hrs.
I will never use or refer you. i'm so disgusted about this.
