No reponse after 9 phone calls and 5 emails

In 2009 a collapsed ceiling due to a burst geyser was replaced by an Absa approved supplier. In Feb 2013 thus ceiling fell off and it is clear this was due to poor workmanship.
I have been trying to speak to the correct individual at Absa HOC since 26 Feb. Repeating the story to 9 people over two days and several hours. Eventually I was given the email details for Shellaine Gilbert.
I have not had any response from her since 27 Feb. I have now also send the original email to HOC email with no response to date. Emails sent on 26 Feb, 27 Feb, 4 March, 5 March and 9 March.

My tenant has been living with an open roof for a month now. As a Private bank client I am really dissapointed in the NO service attitude and am considering moving all my business to another bank
