I joined iwyze in August 2013 to cover household goods, on the 13 November there was a house breaking and in my house, I went to the police station and they open a case and send me the case number. I phoned iwyze to claim for my plazma tv which was, they said I should forward all those documents together with the pictures of break in entry. I asked them are they not supposed to send their assesors to view they breaking in entry, there was no answer. The next day Tumo Sehlabo who is handling my cliam phoned me and say, he can see I was under administration, I should send the letter saying that I paid off the Ganishee otherwise they won't be able to assist me. I asked they why they didn't tell me that they are not going to take me for this policy because I was under administration, he said I was told I said he must send me the tape for that day I singned in with them, up untill today no tapes are coming and I am taking the matter further or they must pay my tv or pay back my premiums because nobody told me if you under administration you no getting this policy.
