Good day

This email is written with utter disgust and humiliation from your consultant who I spoke to on the 08/03/2013 at 13:25pm, call duration 05:41min, telephone number: 0214020709.

I called to inquire who called my partner as he was busy at work and unable to call your company back.to my disgust and utter disappointment, the consultant was rude, not listening or no compassion towards what I was calling about. Training is much needed. My partner ID was lost and used for activities. We already in vulnerable situation dealing with companies calling us with open accounts and if consultant spoke in a polite manner or tried to assist me to whom I should call this matter the conversation would have gone in a better way. But instead I got attitude and rudeness with no human compasson.intstead she made me feel that its my situation and i should fix it and i should not make it their companies fault.could she assist me on how i should deal with the matter.

I have never ever seen or even been given such service in my life.
