Bad service

I had a loan with Standard bank, I paid up my loan earlier. The problem here is Standard bank didn't update my profile with ITC. I phoned Std bank call centre asking them to rectify this issue, & they keep on sending me from pillar to post maybe they forget that when phoning their different call centres I'm using money. I started phoning them on 29 January 2013 up to today my issue has not been resolved. Looks like they dont have a department that can solve my issue.
