Disspointed with FNB

I settle personal loan on the 10th of May. I faxed through my proof of payment 4 times already, phoned FNB 6 times already to allocate my money to settle my account. The team leader Getrude finally got my query and promise me it will be sorted and that my debit order deducted on the 25th will be refunded back to me. After loan is still showing active I phoned FNB again. Getrude is always busy or in meeting, and are left with promise that she will phone me back. Call centre staff take the same detail over and over and over from me and still nothing happens. I'm so frustrated can someone please assist me???
