I applied for a loan on the 27th of December 2012 through the enternet, then Loan locators sent me feed back that the application was approved so i have to pay R399 to buy a package, so i asked for the banking details where i could make direct deposit, 1 of the agents gave me and i did the payment, after the payment i didn't receive any call or sms to notify me that they received the payment, i phoned them and askd if they received my payment, they told me to foward the receipt and id copy and payslip and proof of resident, i did all that, they sent me a message that says im getting there, i really trusted that im going to get a loan, On the 31 December loan locators debited R399 from my account, so then i phoned and i asked them about it and the loan which i applied because i could not get feed back about that, so the financial administrator sent me a message that says i will receive all my monies on the 5March 2013, on the 5th i didnt receive it, when i call and ask they told me that im only gonna get R399, but i said that is not what you promised me after you unabled to give me a loan, i phoned and spoke to the agent named Reiley Jacobs, we agued and she told me that i won't get R400, till now
