On the 30/06/2013, i paid up my woolworths account, however; their lawyers gave me a call that i still have to pay their legal costs as my account was already handed over to them. i then paid this legal costs on the 24/07/2013. i continued to receive calls that i still owe them legal fees which i eventually emailed proof on the 20/08/2013 to show them that i have made these payments a month ago already. i then received a call at the end of the month that i still owe them R12, this was now getting irritating, i then explained the situation to the agent one more time that i have done everything that is required and still my account is not cleared. she then checked my account and realised that i have made all payments and informed me that this will be sorted for me.
Today i got another email that i still have an outstanding amount of R 1024.96, i called their call centre and this time i spoke to Kajar Sinmuratsi at 02:48, and had to explain everything to her again, she also told me that she has the records on their systems and she will send it as an emergency query.
i now have to call them in exactly 2 weeks to check if they have cleared my account.
this is unacceptable.
