I ordered a Google Nexus 7 last week Friday 1 March 2013.
I was told to expect the product by latest Wednesday 6 March 2013.
I phoned today regarding my package and was told that they don't have stock!
Could you not have informed me without me asking first?
Why does the customer have to find out at their expense that you do not have stock?
Don't make promises that you can't keep?!
And learn how to be more proactive in keeping your customers informed!!
