Poor related service

Was created using my name and ID through African bank of which they did not cross link and check with home affairs and recently i went to their Hatfield square branch to report this matter and they required me to do an avidity and have a copy of my ID with 6 signatures on it, i then gave them the documents as requested by them, later i got a call from their call center saying that i owe them.
I explained to her as to what has happened then they told me my matter will be dealt with and so i got hope
later during last month i received an sms saying of how much i owe them and then i called then they told me my query has been logged but in order for them to do something i have to send them the "documents" of which i did again

i then tried again and they did not answer their fax lines.
what have i got to do to get my name of their debt?

If it is so easy to fake something then why should people trust their savings in such a Bank?
