Recently i have been trying to do a follow up and clear my name from the credit bureau of which was given to me by "African bank" and their poor background and no print and home affairs verification check.
I am merely 24 years of Age but im stuck with debt i do not know of and pursuing this issue is taking more than just time for me, spending on calls and other resources to try and live a normal life, The African Bank dpt said they pinning this debt on me until i prove that the ID is mine.
Should they have done their work, i wouldn't be in this mess and yes i called Home affairs and asked if there was verification needed before such transactions and they told me that African bank should have done a biometrics fingerprint check, clearly they did not.
I am personally going to pursue this issue and opt for compensation of my wasted time, credit, and integrity to the society.
