Once again I need to ask you to please look into the service delivery of your bank. I recently applied for a car loan... it should have taken a day... its been several days... Now I have been informed that the application is rejected due to unpaid items on my account... There are NO unpaid items save for the ones that were created by the bungle between you and Momentum in the changeover of my account... Surely this should not be something that I am penalised for... I am certain that there should still be someone that can read and see these details at your bank without me having to send a million emails to get this resolved... PLEASE can this note be addressed to whomever it is that KNOWS what is happening at your bank. THANK YOU!
