I called in to change information that was inccorrect on my policy, and the error was on MiWays part. Bonolo Masemola answered the call and helped me correct the information. She was very polite and friendly, she even made me laugh. I wish all South African service providers could be just like her, always willing to listen to the customer/clients and not get impatient. Wonderful service I am very impressed.
