I need to update my policy with Miway and I spoke to a lady by the name of Bonolo Masemola. She was extremely efficient as well as friendly. I must say that whenever I have contacted Miway, I have found all their call centre staff to be efficient. Well done Miway and particularly Bonolo. Keep up the good work.
