I would like to send my greatest gratitude toward one of your consultants, Bonolo. From the beginning to end of the call, she really has made my day today. I called in regarding a premium change that has increased and i was not notified of it, Bonolo took the time to explain that i was notified but it was via my old email address, instead of telling me it was my fault for not updating my details, she took the time to update my information, then advised she will go speak to her manager to see what they can do for me. She told me that she will call me back... In keeping to her word, she did exactly that, and even more exciting has helped me pay a premium that is more acceptable for me.

I am truly impressed with her service, she has totally made my day. She is a true asset to your company. This is the reason i have been with Miway for these many years. You employ the right kind of people willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you Bonolo, you dont realise how this small change, makes a huge difference in my life.
