FNB - How Can We Help You? - WHAT A JOKE!

My wife and I applied for a home-loan and FNB's service has been pathetic, to say the least.

We were not approved for a 100% home-loan, and so pursued the 80% home-loan that was offered instead.
We decided to apply for the 80% bond with a 20% limited surety signed for by a third party.
This, in turn, has been rejected after three weeks of attempts to have FNB give us feedback.
We have been told that the bank was happy with our income, expenditure, as well as our conduct with regard to our accounts, but that the problem was - our qualifications!?
Apparently our internationally recognized teacher's diplomas do not meet FNB's approval.
Our diplomas were attained through Trinity College London and allow us to teach in most countries, while there are folk who have degrees that cannot gain that same access. This is a pathetic excuse, FNB.
Adding further insult to injury is the fact that FNB has not responded to either of two e-mails that I sent them, regarding frustrations. So, that's how FNB assists unhappy clients - by ignoring them.
FNB has wasted my time and I am sorry that I have banked with them for ten years.

I will be moving my accounts to ABSA.
