I am purchasing a new vehicle for the first time in many years and the dealer advised that I need my Natis document. Firstly my heart sank as I didn't know where to start as I paid off my vehicle in 2007. I contacted Wesbank and was assisted in such a proffesional manner by the Call centre. They told me exactly what I needed to do and e-mail me the document immediatly. I was told that the original would be ready in 48 hours and I was very scepticle when I went there this morning to collect. I expected terrible service and was pleasently surprised by the efficiency and good attitude. I was in and out in about 5 minutes without any hassle. Thank you very much and keep up the good service!!
