I had called into the Wesbank call center almost two hours ago where I have spoken to Savita Klinsmith, This particular incompetent "WORKER" does not listen to the client in any way... I have requested a statement from Wesbank and Savita promised that I would get this document within 30 Minutes. However the time has lapsed and no document has come through.
I than had to waste more of my time by calling Wesbank back and finding out what the issue is.
In the mean time Savita must have been playing with her toes when she spoke to me because after giving her my email address three times in a row she still sends the document to the incorrect email address. I cannot deal with such incompetency!!!
Up your service...! Or this will go onto every social media website I can FIND!!!
